I have hired Kirk for 3 bathroom remodels along with other general construction projects. I have found him to be a reliable general contractor who does good work at reasonable rate. Time is money when it comes to hiring someone you can trust, and my time with KLM is well spent.

Kirk and his workman did an excellent job at a rental I own, I can highly recommend this company. They arrived on time, finished the job in a timely manner and went above and beyond my expectations. Very professional, polite and very fair in the pricing.

I highly recommend this company! I had tried to work with others and no one was as responsive, quick to schedule, or as reasonably priced as they were. I had dry rot all around my side garage door and a corner section of my house, as well as cracks down my home’s outer wall that were taken care of. I also had a few side items done – all look fantastic. I will be hiring them again for future projects!

Kirk remodeled my whole house in Folsom and did an amazing job! He was communicative, punctual, very thorough and focused on my job until it was done. I’ve felt with many flakey contractors that are overloaded and you know that right away. When Kirk starts something, he finishes and always keeps you in the loop.

Just bought a house and had KLM construction repair all of the dry rot that was found in the inspection, along with some minor electrical work. During the whole process, from initial quote to the final walkthrough, I was very impressed with his professionalism and punctuality. He did everything he said he was going to and then some, keeping me in the loop the whole way. At one point he had to remove the window to get at some dry rot that penetrated deeper than the original home inspection thought and he had the window reinstalled by the end of the day! He also has to rebuild a supportive pillar during the work as well and painted it to my wife’s specification. He also did a great job cleaning up after himself when he was finished and at the end of every work day. I will be hiring KLM construction again for my next major home improvement/repair project.

KLM has been absolutely amazing everytime I have needed work done on my home. I have used them for fence replacement, electrical repairs and upgrades, dry rot, drywall and even roofing repair. Each time the job is done properly the first time and the quality of work has exceeded my expectations of what I thought would even be possible. Great communication, prompt, he was tidy through out the project, he took care of all the details and did great quality work. We had water intrusion and had to replace all of our floors and baseboards and Kirk came through. His team was professional on time efficient clean and did a magnificent job. There were no corners cut and they even added additional flooring to our bathroom. The job once finished has been so amazing and our floors just look impeccable we will use him over and over without question. His team has integrity is honest and I’ve referred him many times to family and friends.
